Product exchanges
We hope you love your STONE pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us via email at [email protected] or through our Instagram / Facebook page to give you more information about your return. Our store does not provide refunds. You are entitled to return the products you bought, within 5 working days from the day you received your order.
-The product (s) must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Sale items cannot be returned either.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your products and receive new ones.
- The exchange must be made with a product (s) of the same or higher value than the original purchase.
We sincerely apologize if you have encountered any problems with your STONE pieces. We will be happy to help you. If the product was defective upon delivery, contact us as soon as you receive it to let us know. In such cases we offer a new product and there is no shipping charge.
